We only collect information we need to provide and improve our services. Depending on how you interact with the Site, this may include:

Newsletter signup: Your email address.

Event submissions ("List your event" / "For organisers"): Your name, email, club or organization name, and the event details you submit.
Directory enquiries: Your name, business name, email, and business details.

Public event information: Event dates, venues, schedules, and entry criteria sourced from publicly available event releases, club websites, and official documents.
We do not collect payment card details on the Site, nor do we knowingly collect sensitive personal information.

send you the newsletter and event updates you've signed up for;
respond to your enquiries and messages;
review, publish and manage event listings you submit;operate, maintain and improve the Site and understand how it's used;

Newsletter subscriber data is stored until you unsubscribe; enquiry and submission data is kept while handling your request and for a reasonable administrative period thereafter.

Request access to your personal information; and
Request correction of any inaccurate or out-of-date information.

The Site contains links to external websites, including event organizers, tracks, ticketing platforms, and commercial partners. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, policies, or content of external sites. Some outbound links may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a small commission on qualifying actions at no additional cost to you. This does not influence which events or resources we choose to list.
The Site is intended for a general audience and isn't directed at young children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll remove it.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The updated version will always be accessible on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
