Chrome is your chance to cruise Ruapuna with your mates in a controlled, safe environment — open to any vehicle, no WOF or registration required. Premier Events' Prowear Chrome Expression Session runs across a full weekend of cruising, roll racing, burnouts, drifting and powerskids, plus invite-only speed sessions (sessions may vary depending on numbers). Driver entry gives access to every session running that day. Passenger wristbands ($10, proceeds to charity) let you ride shotgun, though rides aren't guaranteed and wristbands are non-refundable. Hard Park ($50/vehicle, no pre-registration needed) gets prime parking near the pits, with awards announced both Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Second drivers can take the wheel of an existing car for $150 plus GA entry at the drivers' briefing. Gate sales only — no presales — and no pets or alcohol permitted on site.
